Cefixime capsules are antibiotic drugs, mainly used to treat bacterial infectious diseases caused by sensitive Streptococcus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus, Serratia, proteusbacillus vulgaris and Haemophilus influenzae.
Indications
1. Bronchitis, bronchiectasis (during infection), secondary infection of chronic respiratory system infectious diseases, pneumonia.
2. Pyelonephritis, cystitis, gonococcal urethritis.
3. Cholecystitis, cholangitis.
4. Scarlet fever.
5. Otitis media, paranasal sinusitis.
Precautions
1. Before administration, the medical history should be fully inquired. The sensitivity should be confirmed and the dosage should be controlled at the minimum required to control the disease.
2. For patients with severe renal dysfunction, since the drug can maintain its concentration in the blood, the dosage should be appropriately reduced based on the renal function condition, and the dosing interval should be appropriately increased.
3. Do not mix milk, fruit juice, etc. with medicine and leave it there.
